The pump bottle and tray is made from bamboo/plastic, two durable and reliable materials that are easy to clean and maintain. Comes with bamboo tray. Labels sold separately.

About bamboo

Bamboo is a natural material. Each piece is unique and will vary slightly in appearance. Colour variations occasionally occur in bamboo throughout its life, however, this is a natural characteristic and not a product defect. Bamboo can develop cracks due to rough handling and changes in weather. All our bamboo products are treated with a varnish providing a good coating on the surface of the product, giving it a soft sheen finish and protecting it from moisture. In saying that, as it is a natural product, the bamboo should not be washed or be left wet for a long period of time. 

DO NOT submerge bamboo in water. Only wipe with damp cloth then dry with a tea towel.

If your products do go mouldy, to clean use distilled vinegar to rub off the mould and leave it to sit for an hour. Wipe the area clean with water and allow surface to dry.

      I love the bottles, however with it being in a wet area, the bamboo tray unfortunately didn’t last too long before I had to throw it out. There’s no way this can sit on a bench within reach and NOT get wet constantly.

      I have purchased a lot from this company and have loved everything except this. Although pretty unfortunately the bamboo tray is just not durable enough as it is always in a wet area being a hand and dish soap pump. I try to dry it out thoroughly after every use but that is not practical when you live with kids and a husband. I have only had it a month and it is already lost colour in patches and shedding. Sadly not the best purchase. 😞 Maybe if it had a hardy water resistant primer/stain on it would of helped.
