I don't know about you but I dread the weekly grocery shop as much as I dread doing laundry!

To make the task a little simpler and easier, over a decade ago I created a shopping list (over 200 items) I keep in the top drawer of my kitchen to refer to when I have to write (or remember) my shopping list.  I wanted to share this list wth you hoping to put some ease into the your weekly shop.
