Please note: If your order only contains products, your order will be dispatched in 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday). If your order includes custom vinyl labels, we require minimum of 2-4 business days to create and process your labels. This is due to the custom nature of creating vinyl labels.
If your order contains pre-order items, this will be dispatched as soon as pre-order items are back in stock.

Shipping & Delivery (no custom labels)
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping costs are from $9.95 - $18.95 based on total order weight. Please bear in mind these processing times will vary during busy sale periods.

We offer store credit on products if the product is not what you intended. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
